Here's How We'll Deliver Your
Epic Influencer Site in 6 Easy,
Simple Steps...

After you fill in the application form, we’ll schedule a call to determine our fit.

If we’re not a good fit, we’ll refund your deposit and we go on our merry way.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll recommend which Influex package is best for you, and once you’ve paid the down payment, we’re off to the races! 🙂

Here’s the general process we’ll take you through. Depending on the Influex package you take, some details may differ — but to keep things simple, we won’t bog you down with elaborate details for now.

STEP 1: Onboarding

Fill out the “Influencer Insights Questionnaire”

You’ll receive this after your application gets approved.
This will give us a general feel of what your vision is for your
influencer site.

“Creative Call”

The goal of this call is to get a deep understanding of your business, your vision, your brand, your voice, message, your business goals, target audience, what web pages you need, and the conversion goal of each page. This will constitute your Vision Blueprint.

Shortly after your Creative Call, your designated Project Manager will contact you and guide you every step of the way!

STEP 2: Assets Creation

(Photography + Copy)

Depending on the package you take, you’ll either provide us the photos and copy for your website, or we produce them for you.

We’ll gather all other assets you want featured on your site, such as:

Your logo (if you want to use the same one)
Testimonials/Case Studies
Lead magnet (the freebie you want to give away to gather email addresses)
Videos (e.g., your speaking reel)
Blog articles/Podcasts
Social Media account details

Photography

Depending on the package you chose, we’ll either provide you with a Photography Guide that you can give your chosen Photographer, or we can arrange for everything ourselves — you just turn up on the day of your shoot and be your attractive, irresistible self! 😉

Copywriting

For the copy, we’ll either guide you about how to best write your copy (“Done-with-You”), or we’ll extract all the info we’d need from you to arm us with the ammunition we need to produce powerful, compelling copy for your site (“Done-for-You”).

Done-with-You Copy Package:

We’ll provide you systems like copy formulas, templates and guidelines to help you write your webcopy effortlessly, and fast.

Then you’ll have a series of calls with our Copywriter to provide coaching and guidance on how you could improve or restructure your copy for maximum impact.

Done-for-You Copy Package:

We’ll take you through an onboarding process to effectively extract information and ideas from you and translate them onto the page.

Depending on the package you take, this could also involve a Story Coaching session with the amazing Patrick Combs, who’s a Hall of Fame inspirational speaker, bestselling author, and highly acclaimed comedic entertainer. Patrick will take you through a mind blowing process of excavating golden nuggets from your personal journey that you could use to craft a strong and powerful brand story. Not just any story — one that captures hearts, ignites people’s minds and moves them to your desired action!

We’ll then write your copy (2 revisions, provide 3 drafts,) and we’ll aim for a finalized copy that’s around 90% finished. You can then tweak it to match your voice and your brand more, for best results. We’ll have copy calls as and when we both feel they are needed.

STEP 3: Design Artistry

Using the assets you provide, we’ll create each page of your site as per your Vision Blueprint.

We’ll communicate with you through our Project Management system (not email). That way, everything is organized and we can easily track the progress of your project.

STEP 4: Design Feedback Loop

We’ll submit designs to you when they are ready.

You’ll then give us feedback, and then we’ll do the revisions accordingly (up to 3 revisions per page) until we’re both happy with the end result. Don’t worry, we have a superb system to ensure we GET YOU — and we get things right. (If you took the top package we offer, you’ll have minimal required involvement in this.)

STEP 5: Development, Testing,
and Launch

After all the pages are designed, we’ll develop your test site. You’ll have the chance to give more feedback as you see your vision come alive right before your very eyes.

We’ll test everything and execute our meticulous Quality Control process.

Once you’re happy with how every page looks and functions, we launch your site!

We “hand over the keys” to your site along with easy to follow video tutorials on how to edit the content using the built-in drag-and-drop functionality (no coding needed!).

STEP 6 (Optional): Site Maintenance

We can either hand over the site to you completely or you can opt to let us maintain and update it for you for a minimal monthly fee.

You’ll also have the option to take out a flexible plan so that we fix any issues you encounter along the way —at a discounted rate.

Throughout the entire process, you’ll always have the support and guidance of your designated Project Manager!

Influex custom influencer sites start at just 3 payments of $9,000. To get started, you’ll have to apply first and put down a refundable $99 deposit. We’ll then hop on a call with you to determine if we’re a good fit. If we are not, we pay your deposit back and go on our merry way! It’s that simple.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is an Influex site? What are your packages?

Now’s your chance to get a website that you’re actually proud of! Our special pricing starts at three payments of $7,000 for our Essential Package. We’ll discuss the details and which package fits you best on our Alignment Assessment call. You’ll get creative direction from us to ensure that the design, copy, and marketing goals are all aligned, resulting in a site that is not only beautiful but one that gets results!

What does it NOT include?

Glad you asked! It doesn’t include:

API Integrations
E-Commerce / Order Forms / Shopping Cart
Email Accounts Setup or Transfer
Search Engine Optimization / Keyword Analysis
Sales Funnel Pages or Implementation
CRM Setup / Funnel Builds

Do you offer a site transfer or SEO Audit?

A site transfer or SEO audit is not included in this price. However, if you have a current site on your domain and need an SEO-friendly transfer, we will evaluate your site and provide a custom quote for the transfer (likely $1k – $2k, depending on complexity). This is because we’re very sensitive to legacy rankings from your existing site and blog.

What if I want a different type of website (not an Influencer site)?

We won’t build an e-commerce site, a membership site, or work with your CRM (other than form integration). Though if you’re interested in more tech services from Vision Tech Team, we can chat and see if we’re a fit to serve you for the long term.

How much time will be required of me for this to be a great result?

We’ll need a couple of hours from you up front on “visioneering” with us and getting us content… after that, several check ins and revision calls will be required, as your personal feedback will be valuable to make this the most personalized site for you.

How long does it take to get my site built?

We’ll do our best to have it all done and delivered in 90 days or less after receiving your copy, photography, and other relevant assets.

If you go through our onboarding processes like a champ, provide us with photography and content, answer our copy-related guiding questions, and give us design feedback within a reasonable time, you’re golden!

I’m not an industry leader… am I still a fit for this?

Your influencer site could be the mechanism that connect all your other marketing efforts into one cohesive brand story. So regardless of where you are currently at in your chosen niche, this could be the perfect positioning tool to build your credibility and make you stand out in the marketplace.

If I need more designs and ongoing work after launching my site, can you do them for me?

We certainly can! Once we launch your site, you might also want to buy a block of 40 hours that you can use for design and development work (valid for up to a year from date of purchase). You can buy this “Design Block” on a pay-as-you-go basis, or you can get it every month.
If you get it monthly, we'll also do our Data-Driven Design process to your site for free. This means we'll run design split tests on your site to determine the higher converting designs, thus ensuring that the results you get from your site just keeps getting better over time.
