Dave Allred

Hi, I’m Dave

Growing up, I would stare at this one Jerry Rice poster I had on the my bedroom wall… saying: “Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can have what others can’t.”

I grew up with very little. It was hard. Yet it also instilled some intense principles and ignited a passion and drive that’s led me to level up my standards and take control of MY life.

I’ve made mistakes. Yet I have also built and stacked up success after success. This is why I’m committed
to helping as many people as possible to achieve financial freedom and live the life they dream of.

I know what’s possible and I know what happens when you Reset Your Standard. It’s not easy, but most things that are worthwhile in life aren’t. I’ve seen it, I’ve done it, and I’m living it!

WAGS Capital

At Wags Capital, our investment philosophy is simple: we invest in experiences as much as we invest in economics.

We call this the Experience Economy.

Business is about more than just transactions. For a business to thrive in the modern market, it has to create a memorable experience. An experience that people want to share and talk about. An experience that has people want to return, again and again.

Aaron Wagner

I’m crying, when my mom takes my face into her hands and says, “Everything happens for a reason, son.” I’d just been cut from
my 8th-grade volleyball team.

I was team captain, and my friends asked me to find out
when the coach would make final cuts. She cut me for asking.

Suddenly with nothing to do after school, I went to watch my little
brother play the U.S. version of football, entirely unpopular in the
small town where I was growing up in Canada. A few practices later,
the coach asked me to play, and it became a sport I did each year.

Where I come from, the most likely path is working
as a “Rig Pig,” in the oil fields.

The Listings Lab

If you’re like me, you probably got into real estate for 3 reasons: unlimited income, freedom, and to help people.

I was an agent in one of the most saturated markets for over a decade and built a 7-figure business with streamlined marketing and operations systems and only a small team.

Now, I’ve helped over 1000 agents implement what I had to learn through trial and error so they can regain control and freedom over their lives and have unlimited scalability in your business..

If your business doesn’t work for you, then it’s not working.

I found myself at dinner one night knowing that I needed to make a change.

I was on a date with my husband (and co-founder of The Listings Lab), Yves, the love of my life.

I’d made hundreds of cold calls that day, and now, it was after work, which meant that all the people I’d called were calling me back.

We were mid-conversation about our future and taking a vacation (a rarity at that time because I didn’t have systems in place and was relying on old school marketing tactics) when my Apple watch buzzed. And like a reflex, I took my napkin, spit my half-chewed spaghetti into it, and walked out for a call that turned out to be pointless. The person wasn’t interested.

The look on his face when I sat back down was my breaking point. Any talk about our future had vanished for the evening. I knew that how I was running my business wasn’t working.

Kent Clothier

When I was 17, my father and I worked together at our company in the grocery industry.

When I became CEO at 23, we had grown it from $0 to $47 million.
By the time I was 30, we grew it to $1.8 billion in sales.

Now I’m applying the same rapid growth mindset to YOUR business.
