IT ALL STARTED IN 1997…

I’m a sophomore in college about to
host my first-ever exercise class.

It was a requirement to teach a group exercise class for 
my major. I wanted to blend hip hop with aerobics…
something that no one had done before at my school.

I put fliers up all around campus hoping for 15 students tops. I’m astonished to see 90 at the door of a group exercise room… that barely holds 60.

I am a board-certified functional medicine physician with extensive training in internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and hospice and palliative medicine. After a decade of practicing conventional medicine, and after my own journey of burning out while caring for loved ones, I realized my true passion lay in helping other caregivers like me get the healing and support they need. I am dedicated to creating and developing meaningful relationships with the people I serve in order to make lasting and transformational changes in their lives.

I’m the Founder & CEO of Bare Performance Nutrition, US Army Infantry Veteran, and Author of “25 Hours A Day”.

My biggest passion in life is helping people reach their greatest potential.

I launched Bare Performance Nutrition after taking out a $20k loan while serving as an Active Duty US Army Infantry Officer.

After years of hard work while the business was struggling,
I was able to grow Bare Performance Nutrition past 8 figures.

One day while running 18 miles in preparation for a marathon, I realized the reason I was able to do this, along with every other major thing I’ve achieved in my life, was because of the “Go One More” mindset.
