This is an opportunity to join the Influex Dream Team as a “Flow Manager” where you’ll work directly with our entire team to serve our influential clients. A Flow Manager is our term for a project manager, intentionally named as your role is all about facilitating flow! You will lead The Influex Experience, following and optimizing our Proven Process, while growing and evolving into your best self personally and professionally.

Whether you start part-time (per project) or full-time as a contractor, you have flexibility in your hours and your income. There’s no ceiling to your income and opportunities here.

If this sounds like you, read on for an overview of what you’ll be doing day to day if you’re chosen for this role:

The purpose of the Flow Manager is to ensure the smooth #ForwardFlow of all Influex brand and website projects. The Flow Manager is responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed on time and meet the client’s expectations. You will work with our team of Imagineers (Creative Directors), Messaging Masters (Copywriters), Digital Artists (Designers), and Creative Coders (Developers) to build beautiful brands and create fully custom-built websites for Industry Influencers, Expressed Entrepreneurs, Conscious Companies and Passionate Professionals.

This role takes on many of the responsibilities of project management including, but not limited to, regular client communication both in email and video calls, collaborating with the internal team on the completion of projects, and ensuring our processes are being adhered to throughout each phase of the project. You will also work closely with the leadership team to solve process gaps and enhance SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) as we continue to grow.

Results and Inspired Incentives
You will launch 6 – 10 new sites per quarter, while taking on at 2 new projects per month or more (your incentives will be based on the number of projects you manage well, with quality and timeline bonuses).

Your compensation will be based on Inspired Incentives, our flexible compensation model that’s based on results. Every Flow Manager has the same Inspired Incentive plan, but your income can vary widely based on performance, and will continue to grow the more you master your role.

You can start part-time and grow to a full-time commitment as your client base grows. On top of a smaller hourly base or retainer, your Inspired Incentives will include:

Incentive for every project started and launched
Bonus for launching on time
Quality bonus when your satisfied clients refer new business (Influex grows through referrals from great client care, and as the key driver of The Influex Experience, you’ll get a piece)

Your income may range from a few thousand dollars per month when you start, to the possibility of a five figure monthly take-home as you master this role, and anything in between. We’ll share more details on the compensation model during the interview process.
